How to sign up?
Go to http://www.fax007.com/login_nonUSA/register.asp to register your email address, select a service plan most fit your normal fax needs.  All sign up are monthly service plan and subscription fee is processed by PayPal ^{an eBay Company} .  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.             

I’m ready to sign up! Any long-term contract to sign?
There is no long-term contract to sign, Fax007 service offers subscription by year-to-year, you may cancel at any time.

The first 4 weeks for new signup is cancelable anytime.  If for any reason, you want to cancel the subscription in initial 4 weeks; you are always in control to directly go to your Paypal account to delete the subscription.  In the first signup 4 weeks, the cancellation take effect immediately and paid first month fee is non-refundable and will use to offset setup fee if you cancel the subscription within the initial 4 weeks period. You can also cancel anytime in any subsequent date, the cancellation will take effect and service will last until the end date of the subscription period and will not auto renew for next period.  Once you cancel the subscription, no more charge will be made from Fax007 to your Paypal credit card account.

Why I see 5 weeks instead of 4 weeks in the sign up process?
When subscription is processed by Paypal, you will see the term is for the first 5 weeks then for each renewal period because we provide one more grace week to process and activate your account.

What is the benefit of subscribing year-to-year plan?
Yearly plan is similar to monthly plan with initial 4 weeks new signup period except it also bundled with a subscribed 10 months plan get 2 month free, give annual subscriber a 16% cost savings.

Is the Fax007 fax number a normal fax number?
Yes, the assigned fax number is a normal fax number in the location of your choice.  People send fax to your fax number just follow the same way and with same cost they send to any other fax number in same location.

Is there any hidden cost for me to receive fax using Fax007 fax number?
No, since it is a normal fax number; there is no charge for you as the recipient to receive fax no matter where the fax is originated from as long as number of received fax pages is within the subscribed plan free received pages allotment.  Unlike other fax service providers who can charge your credit card anytime, Fax007 payment is PayPal based which you take total control of how you pay the subscription fee. 

What will cost me if I receive more than the free receive pages allotment in the subscribed month?
Each extra received page is charged at $0.06.

What is free allotment destinations for send fax?
Free allotment destinations are selected most popular locations subscribers will send fax to.  These include Australia, Canada, China, France, Hong Kong, Germany, Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, UK, USA.  All plans are bundled with certain free pages send to these destinations without long distance charges. Number of free pages bundled is dependent on the subscribed plan type.

How much would charges when I run out of free pages send to free allotment destinations?
Fax pages sent subsequent to the free pages allotment would charge just at $0.06 per page within the free allotment destinations.

I want to send fax to other locations different from free allotment destinations?
Fax send to non-allotment destinations are charged at standard international rates.  ^#

Per-page fax rates apply to fax pages that take less than 60 seconds to transmit, which covers approximately 90% of all fax pages.  Fax pages take longer than 60 seconds to transmit will be billed on a per-minute basis instead of per page.  Please note that graphic fax pages may take longer to transmit than one minute/page.
