I cannot send out fax

When you encountered problem in
faxing out to recipient fax machine, try to attempt the followings step by step:

Send out a
testing Email to yourself under your registered e-mail account to
check whether your email system is operating normally, if it is function
then go to step 2.

Use a
telephone to call the recipient fax number see whether it is normal
operated with a normal fax machine answer back (i.e. b…..Bu……) when the
phone is connected: -
OR is it busy all the time
OR is it a phone number but not a fax number
OR is it answer with any Voice mail which required a special action, e.g.
require to input a special digit to connect (some of the telephone/fax
number required a Caller Display i.e.
you need to enter the digit 1357…..etc)

Did you
enter the correct fax syntax, it is: faxnumber@fax007.com

Are you
calling an overseas fax number? If it is, did you open a Fax007
overseas service account? If you already opened an Oversea Service Account,
did you input the correct overseas fax syntax, it should included Country
Code (if any) + Area Code + local telephone.
Because Fax007 would retry 2 times after 1st attempt; instead of repeat to
send duplicate, you are advised to keep patience for a few minutes to wait
for return of the status notification email to tell you the fax transmission
result before submit the same fax again.
